Credit Card Processing Fee Notice: Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee, which reflects the cost of processing the transaction and is not a legal fee. This fee does not apply to debit card payments or payments made into the Firm’s client trust (IOLTA) account. Clients may avoid this fee by paying via check, ACH, or other non-credit-card payment methods accepted by the Firm.
